The company will maintain and develop a Quality Management System written to meet the requirements of industry-recognised quality standards. Ongoing commitment from Senior Management will provide for the necessary resources to ensure that:
- A Quality Plan is developed and maintained with a view to constant improvement.
- The Company and its employees understand and are committed to the requirements of the Quality Plan.
- Measurable quality objectives are established, documented and reviewed as an integral part of
the Quality Plan.
- All employees contribute towards the continuous improvement and effectiveness of all
processes within the Quality Plan.
- Environmental and ethical responsibilities are recognised in quality processes and systems.
